Who is The Capital Club for?+
Investors, business owners, family offices, and independent allocators who want off-market opportunities and a room of real peers.
Do I need to be an accredited investor?+
Some opportunities are limited to accredited investors by regulation; others are open more broadly. We'll cover where you fit during your call, and every deal listing states its requirements clearly.
How much does membership cost?+
$5,000 per year. That's the entire membership fee. Participation in any individual opportunity is always your choice.
How does The Capital Club make money?+
The membership fee, plus a flat $500 listing fee sponsors pay when a deal enters the portal. That is the entire model. No commissions, no referral fees, no carry, no compensation based on what you invest. Devon is not a broker-dealer or registered investment adviser, and a sponsor cannot buy access to the room: every deal clears the same gates first.
Do I have to invest in every deal?+
No. Members review three to four opportunities per week and participate only where the deal fits their portfolio. Many members go months between allocations.
Is this a fund?+
No. The Capital Club is a private membership community. You invest directly with each sponsor on the terms disclosed, using your own capital and your own advisors.
