Member Satisfaction Guarantee
What it is, in plain English.
"If you get to the end of your first year and you don't feel the membership was worth it, tell us, and we'll give you a second year, free."
We built The Capital Club so that people who have been shut out of real deal flow finally get a seat at the table. That only works if the year actually delivers something for you. So we're putting our own skin in it: if year one doesn't earn its keep, you get year two on us, and we get another year to prove it.
How it works
- 1Use your first year.
- 2If, at the end of it, you're not satisfied with the value you got, email us at hello@darkhorse.io and say so.
- 3Send that email inside the window: any time from 30 days before your membership end date to 30 days after it.
- 4We confirm, and your second year starts. No fee, same full access.
Who's eligible
- You've paid your membership fee in full.
- You're in good standing, with no unresolved breach of your agreement.
- Your membership hasn't been terminated for cause.
- You completed your concierge onboarding call and logged into the member library at least once during the year.
What it isn't
- It isn't a refund. All sales are final. This guarantee is what we offer instead of a refund window.
- It has no cash value, isn't transferable, and can't be swapped for credit or anything else.
- It isn't a promise about money. It has nothing to do with investment returns, tax savings, or making your fee back. Nobody at The Capital Club can tell you otherwise, it's about whether the membership itself was worth it to you.
- It's a one-time thing. The guarantee doesn't apply again to the free year.
